Food intolerance Vs Food allergy :
People often get confused by the terms allergy and intolerance. Food intolerance is a digestive system response rather than an immune system response. It occurs when food irritates a person’s digestive system or when a person is unable to properly digest, or break down, the food. Meanwhile, food allergy is an immune system response. It is caused when the body mistakes an ingredient in food as harmful and creates a defence system (antibodies) to fight it

Why should you do food intolerance profile?
These tests checks your level of sensitivity to different foods, including gluten and dairy products, as well as various meats, fruits, nuts and vegetables. It measures your sensitivity levels by examining your body’s IgG immune response to each type of food included in the panel. By finding the foods that you are sensitive to, elimination diets can minimize or completely obliterate food sensitivity symptoms.
